私たちの健康は、個人の遺伝・環境だけでなく、家族・地域社会・自然生態系との複雑なつながりの中で形成されています。EpiOrbisでは、大規模コホートデータとオミクスデータを組み合わせることで、このつながりを疫学的に解明することを目指しています。
Theme 01
個別化健康アプローチ
大規模コホートデータとゲノム・エピゲノム・メタボロームなどのオミクス情報を統合し、健康状態がどのように個人ごとに異なる形で現れるかを解明します。
ポリジェニックリスクスコア(PRS)を用いた個別リスク評価や、バイオマーカーを活用した早期介入手法の開発を進めています。

妊婦・子ども・家族全体を対象としたコホート研究を通じて、ライフコースにおける健康形成のメカニズムを探ります。
